Real Estate Incubator – Ajman

The Emirati Real Estate Incubator Program, an initiative of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation – Ajman, is implemented in partnership with the New Economy Academy. Its first cycle aims to incubate 20 Emiratis from the Emirate of Ajman.

The initiative spans two months and includes incubation, support, individual guidance, training, and other development activities.

The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation will oversee the incubation project, monitoring and supporting the selected real estate brokers over the course of a full year following the program.

Program Objectives

• Qualify, train, and empower Emirati real estate professionals to succeed in the real estate market.
• Enable participants to establish and manage their own real estate companies.
• Create sustainable income opportunities by supporting participants in launching their own real estate businesses.
