The Emirati Real Estate Brokers Incubator is an initiative of the Dubai Land Department (DLD), implemented in partnership with the New Economy Academy and Dubai Silicon Oasis. DLD will work with a separate company to manage the incubation project, which will monitor and develop the selected real estate brokers after a full-year evaluation process. Participants will also benefit from two hours of coaching with experts in various fields during the fourth phase, through DLD.
Program Objectives
The Real Estate Brokers Incubator Program is a training and qualification program launched by the Dubai Land Department, in collaboration with the New Economy Academy and Dubai Silicon Oasis. It aims to support and develop Emirati real estate brokers who have graduated from the “Emirati Real Estate Broker” program through incubation, individual mentoring, training, and continuous follow-up for a year, enhancing their efficiency and ability to succeed in the real estate market.
Emirati real estate brokers are graduates of the Emirati Real Estate Broker Program.
The program covers a range of specialized topics that support the development of real estate brokers, including: an overview of the real estate sector and procedures in the UAE, market fundamentals and financial analysis, feasibility studies, economic growth, legal aspects and company formation, specialized planning, understanding the target audience, in addition to the use of technology and artificial intelligence, and professional ethics.
Emirati real estate brokers who have completed the Emirati Real Estate Broker Program and are eager to develop their professional skills and build their business in the real estate market.
The program extends over 6 months.
