Ismail Al Hammadi is the founder and CEO of several companies specializing in the real estate sector, including “Al Ruwad Real Estate” which focuses on real estate consulting and marketing, “Biznet Consulting” which specializes in business development and real estate projects services, and “34 Real Estate Valuation”. Al Hammadi has over 28 years of experience in various fields, including business management and development, real estate development and marketing, and real estate valuation. He also works as a real estate development consultant and an expert in real estate valuation and brokerage accredited by the Dubai Courts. In addition, he writes a weekly column titled “Outside the Box” in “Emarat Al Youm” newspaper, and is considered a real estate content creator and a certified trainer in the Emirati Real Estate Broker Program sponsored by the Department of Land and Properties.
