Luma Jasim Bourisly is a senior expert in the creative economy, innovation and future readiness, with more than three decades of experience across government, corporate leadership and strategic advisory in the UAE. At Dubai Culture & Arts Authority, she contributes to advancing Dubai’s cultural and creative industries through creative economy strategy development, sector data analysis, institutional innovation, strategic initiatives and future readiness. Her professional background also spans corporate communications, business development, media and public sector transformation, with leadership experience across major UAE organisations. Luma has an Executive Diploma from Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government in Advanced Public Policies, and is both a Certified Chief Innovation Officer (CCIO) and Certified Foresight Leader by the Global Innovation Management Institute and has further developed her expertise through advanced innovation and future readiness programmes.
