Yaqeen Al-Hamadi is one of the leading Emirati women in the field of real estate law. She holds the title of the first Emirati woman to serve as a Real Estate Rent Judge in the Emirate of Dubai at the Rental Disputes Center, the judicial arm of the Dubai Land Department. With extensive experience and a passion for development, Yaqeen has become a role model in the real estate and legal sectors. She is also one of the first Emirati women to teach real estate laws and the first accredited teaching member at the Dubai Real Estate Institute. Yaqeen holds a Bachelor’s degree in law and continues her graduate studies as a legal researcher. Her extensive experience in preparing legal reports and studies has enabled her to play an active role in drafting procedural laws for the Rental Disputes Center.
